| Grizzly Man
In his mesmerizing new film Grizzly Man, acclaimed director Werner Herzog explores the life and death of amateur grizzly bear expert and wildlife preservationist Timothy Treadwell. Treadwell lived unarmed among the bears for 13 summers, and filmed his adventures in the wild during his final five seasons. In October 2003, Treadwell’s remains, along with those of his girlfriend, Amie Huguenard, were discovered near their campsite in Alaska’s Katmai National Park and Reserve. They had been mauled and devoured by a grizzly, the first known victims of a bear attack in the park. (The bear suspected of the killings was later shot by park officials.)
Will anyone go with me to see this film...it sounds amazing...
| ahh, the far to rare xanga update. I am getting ready to finish tDEC...the first two years of my engineering degree. The biggest thing I have learned is that I really enjoy taking the science of certain things for granted. I mean, electricity for example, I really rather not know how it works, I just like to know, that I can use a whole lot of it to power my lifestyle...and I will pay for it monthly.
I bought a Sam's club membership today. I felt big and special...my daddy has a Sam's club membership. heh.
I'm in post shower relaxation mode right now. soooo...off to bed I go. I will finish all the work I didn't do in the morning.
